High Grange support local business to raise awareness of Autism.

Alex Patrick (our Physical Education Teacher) has been working hard to create links within the community. Alex was contacted by the National Forest Adventure Farm, who this year for the first time are offering Autsim Friendly ‘North Pole Adventure, sessions.
Alex kindly agreed to go over to represent the school in delivering autsim training to over 30 members of staff based at the National Forest Adventure Farm, with the support from Tom Halloway.
Alex has helped to increase awareness by increasing their staff’s knowledge on Autism and giving useful strategies when interacting with children with Autism.
It’s fantastic to see businesses offering these type of sessions and Alex thoroughly enjoyed the increasing awareness. This is very much something High Grange School like to support and impact positively on our surrounding community.
We would like to thank the National Adventure Farm for this opportunity and we as as school look forward to working with you again.
